Mr. MAK has Over 20 years governance and management experience including banking sectors, international companies, civil society organizations. He has extensive experience in organizational development, project and program development management, impact investment, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as business matchmaking. He is a well-known ecosystem builder, business advisor for e-commerce platforms, startups, and social enterprises.

Currently serving as Chairman Board of Director of AgriBee (a leading Agricultural Value Chain management in Cambodia), Board of Director of Smile Shop (a Leading E-Commerce in Cambodia), Independence Board of Directors of GB Microfinance Institution, Independent Director of Ly Hour Group (Ly Hour Insurance and a former Independent Director of Ly Hour Microfinance currently known as LYHOUR SBI Bank) and Board of Directors of Local Separate Entity (LSE) of in Cambodia and Advisory Board of Directors of Grow Asia-CPSA Cambodia.

Mr. MAK is a high-level advocator appointed to join many high-level international forums held by international key development actors including LEAD International UK, CIVICUS, IMF, World Bank Group, Changemaker Network Finland, IOGT International and LSU Sweden to advocate on youth empowerment and the development agendas of Cambodia.
